  • Congratulations Mamma! This time is as beautiful as it might be stressful as you navigate the role of becoming a new mother or a mom adding to her family. But you are not alone, and you matter! During this in home visit, we will discuss many things such as:

    • Review your M+M intake form information

    • Review current feeding process

    • Assist & observe a feed

    • Review latch and positioning

    • Address any concerns or discomforts

    • Newborn oral exam, newborn mobility and body assessment

    • Discussion of any postpartum concerns/ questions you might have about yourself or of your newborn(s)

    • Postpartum nursing support and education

    $200 In-Home Initial Consultation

  • This is where we like to find our rhythm and take our initial consultation to the next level and go from “doing it,” to “I’ve got this”. During this consultation we will discuss:

    • Any concerns on your updated M+M intake form

    • Observe a feed

    • Verify latch and positioning

    • Review care plan based on follow up session

    • Any new or ongoing concerns/ questions in regards to lactation as well as postpartum support

    $150 In Home, $75 Virtual

  • We must support women as they prepare to return back to work. This discussion and planning begins before any mother has to return and M+M will help you realistically plan this and support you in the process of this.

    • Develop a realistic and personalized work plan

    • How to maintain milk supply returning to work

    • Discuss proper use of pump

    • Proper milk storage

    • Pump cleaning and bottle cleaning

    • Bottle feeding difficulties

    • This service includes two phone call follow ups

  • The process of weaning can be a lot to navigate. The desire to wean could be natural or it can be due to work or emotional reasons but with whatever the reason, M+M is here for you. During this consultation we will:

    • Discuss the parent’s motivation & Readiness

    • Review the child’s age and development

    • Current feeding patterns

    • Any use of bottles or cups or solid foods for the child

    • Develop a weaning method & plan that is personalized to your schedule

    • Review the signs and symptoms of engorgement, plugged ducts, and mastitis

    • Discuss tools and techniques to guide you and your child through this

    $75 Virtual

  • You will be provided a supportive journey from prior to your delivery all the way through to your weaning process.
